Achari Paneer Recipe Video :
Achari Paneer Recipe : Step by Step Instructions
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and crackle all the pickling spices in it.
Add onion and green chili pepper in it and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Now add ginger, garlic, red chili powder and turmeric powder in it.
Add beaten yogurt in it and stir it continuously for 3 minutes to make thick gravy.
Achari gravy (pickling gravy) is ready. Add salt in this achari gravy.
Add paneer in it. Mix it gently and cook it on low flame for 2 minutes.
Switch off the flame and add dry mango powder in it. Mix it well.
Delicious and tangy achari paneer is ready.
Add lemon juice in it and garnish it with coriander leaves at the time of serving.
Serve it hot with Indian breads like roti, paratha, naan etc.
