Apple Semolina Halwa Recipe : Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Dry roast semolina on medium flame till golden brown.
  2. Now turn it in a separate plate and let it cool.
  3. Meanwhile peel the apples and grate with the help of grater.
  4. Heat ghee in a wok or kadahi and add grated apple in it. Cook it on medium flame for 5 minutes.
  5. Now add roasted semolina in it and cook it on low flame by stirring it continuously till color changes.
  6. When its color changes, then add water and sugar in it and cook it on low flame till it becomes thick.
  7. Finally, add cardamom powder and dry fruits in it and mix it well.
  8. Delicious and nutritious Apple-Semolina Halwa is ready. You can serve it hot as well as at room temperature.
Recipe Notes
  1. I used only 2 tsp Ghee in this halwa to keep it low fat recipe. If you love more Ghee in your Halwa, you can adjust the quantity of Ghee as per your taste.
