Besan ki Barfi : Step by step
  1. Heat ghee in a karahi.
  2. Add besan in it and cook it on low flame until golden brown.
  3. You need to stir it continuously.
  4. Make sugar syrup with sugar and water.
  5. You need to boil it for a while.
  6. Cook Khoa until pink.
  7. Add this Khoa in roasted besan.
  8. Add sugar syrup, cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits in it and mix it well.
  9. Grease a thali with ghee.
  10. Pour the prepared mixture in it and spread it evenly by tapping your thali.
  11. Garnish with dry fruits and leave it for 1 hour.
  12. Delicious Besan Ki Barfi is ready. Cut square or dimond shaped pieces and enjoy this mouth watering besan ki barfi.
