Fried Cashew Nuts Recipe : Step by Step
Take butter in a pan and add tamarind paste in it.
Add chopped curry leaves and start cooking it on low flame.
When butter, tamarind paste and curry leaves mix uniformly then add cashew nuts.
Roast cashew nuts in this sour mixture on medium flame and switch off the flame.
Add remaining ingredients in it, mix it well and leave it for half an hour to reach it at room temperature.
Now you can store it in air tight jar and can use it for 15 days.
