Makki Ki Roti Recipe : Step by Step Details
  1. First of all sieve maize flour.
  2. Mix grated Radish, coriander leaves, salt and red chili powder in it.
  3. Knead smooth dough from it by adding water.
  4. Make medium size balls from this dough and roll it with the help of rolling pin.
  5. Bake it from both the sides on hot tava.
  6. Apply Ghee on both the sides of Makki ki roti during baking.
  7. Delicious Makki ki roti is ready. Serve it hot with sarson ka saag, butter and jaggery.

  1. You can also make it without radish.
