Cooking Method :
Mix maida, salt, carom seeds and oil very well.
Add water in it as per requirement and knead it to make a soft dough.
Cover it with a muslin cloth and leave it for 15 minutes.
Make medium sized balls from the dough and roll these balls gently.
Cut long ribbon like strips same as shown in the video.
Heat oil in a karahi and deep fry these strips until golden brown.
Traditional Indian savory snack “Namak Pare” are ready to serve on festivals.
Store your delicious and crispy Namak Pare in an air tight jar at cool and dry place.
You can enjoy them for next few weeks.
