Onion Pickle Recipe : Step by Step Instructions
  1. Remove outer layer of onions and wash onions properly.
  2. Spread washed onions on cotton cloth for 1/2 an hour.
  3. Slit onions into quarters so that we can stuff onions with spices.
  4. Mix all the spices in a bowl.
  5. Stuff onions with this mixture of spices and put all the stuffed onions in a jar.
  6. Now pour mustard oil in a jar and mix the pickle properly by shaking the jar horizontally and vertically.
  7. Keep the jar in direct sunlight for 2 days.
  8. Delicious onion pickle will get ready to eat in 2 days.
  9. Serve it with Roti, Paratha, Puri or any other Indian bread.
