Paneer Bhurji Recipe : Step by Step Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and cook onion in it on medium flame till soft.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato, green chili, salt and turmeric powder in it and cook on low flame until tomato cooked properly.
  3. Now add all the spices in it and cook the gravy on low flame for 5 minutes. You can also add a small amount of water in it to make smooth gravy.
  4. Finally add grated cheese in it. Mix it well and cook it on low flame for 2 minutes so the smell of raw cheese will disappear.
  5. Very delicious paneerbhurji is ready to serve. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and serve it hot with any bread.
