  1. Chop Papaya in medium pieces and put in blender.
  2. Now, add sugar and little amount of milk in it.
  3. Blend it properly to mesh papaya completely.
  4. Add remaining milk, ice cream and ice in it and blend again for 1 minute.
  5. Your chilled, delicious, and healthy Papaya smoothie is ready.
Recipe Notes
  1. Fruits & Nuts ice cream (which contains raisins, almonds and pistachio) gives wonderful taste in papaya smoothie recipe and makes it more healthy. If Fruits & Nuts ice cream is not available, you can use vanilla ice cream to make this papaya smoothie and can use raisins, almonds chips and pistachio chips separately at the time of serving.
