  1. First of all, put refine flour in a bowl. Then add all ingredients required to make papdi in it and knead it to make a dough.
  2. Cover it with a muslin cloth and leave it for 10 minutes.
  3. Make balls from the dough and roll.
  4. Fold it twice in halves to give a triangular shape and roll it slightly.
  5. Heat oil in a karahi and deep fry all papdis on medium flame until papdis get golden brown.
  6. Let the papdis cool and come at room temperature.
  7. Break 4 papdis in small pieces and add all the ingredients of chaat in it as per taste.
Recipe Notes
  1. It is not necessary to make papdi at the time of serving papdi chaat. You can make papdi in advance. If you store papdi at cool and dry place, then you can use papdi for 1 month.
  2. You can also add boiled sweet corn in papdi chaat.
