Step by Step Pineapple Ice Cream Recipe
Dissolve custard powder in small amount of milk.
Mix this custard solution in entire milk. Also add sugar in it.
Let the milk boil on low flame for 5 minutes and stir it continuously. It will become thick.
Let this mixture cool itself. Till then, cut the Pineapple and make its juice.
Strain pineapple juice if it contains lot of pulp.
Mix all the ingredients together (except Pineapple pieces) in a bowl and beat properly to make this mixture fluffy.
Finally, add the Pineapple pieces in it.
Pour this fluffy Pineapple ice cream mixture in a container.
Put your container in a freezer for 6 hours. If your kids will not open refrigerator and the freezer all the day at short intervals, 6 hours are sufficient to get soft and creamy Pineapple ice cream.

If you open your refrigerator many times in day hours, it is better to freeze your Pineapple ice cream overnight.
