  1. Soak rice in water for 10 minutes and simultaneously put milk on flame to heat.
  2. When milk starts boiling, reduce the flame, add rice and mix it properly.
  3. Let it cook on low flame for 25 minutes and stir it occasionally so that milk or rice will not stick to the bottom of the vessel.
  4. Now add all the ingredients in it and let it cook for another 5 minutes on low flame.
  5. Delicious kheer is ready.
  6. You can serve it hot or chilled.
  7. You can also add a pinch of saffron in it for wonderful color and extra flavor.
