Shrikhand Recipe : Step by Step Instructions
  1. Dissolve saffron threads in 2 tsp hot milk.
  2. Add all the ingredients in hanged curd and beat it with hand beater very well to mix all the ingredients evenly.
  3. Don’t use electric beater to beat it, otherwise some amount of butter can come out.
  4. A very delicate kesar elaichi Shrikhand is ready.
  5. Keep it in fridge for 1 hour and serve chilled.
  6. Garnish it with almond and pistachio chips at the time of serving.
