Sindhi Kadhi Recipe : Step by Step Instructions
  1. First of all, soak tamarind for 10 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan and crackle cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds in it.
  3. Then add gram flour to it and cook it on medium flame by stirring it continuously until light brown.
  4. Add all ingredients to it except coriander leaves, curry leaves and tamarind juice.
  5. Stir it once and let it boil on high flame.
  6. Now cook it on medium flame for 15 minutes with covered lid.
  7. Meantime extract the juice from soaked tamarind.
  8. Add tamarind juice to it and for tempering the Kadhi, heat 2 tsp oil in a separate pan and remove from the flame. Add curry leaves to hot oil and immediately temper your kadhi.
  9. Garnish it with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti and steamed rice.
