Step by Step Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe
Put milk on high flame to boil it.
Meanwhile, dissolve corn flour in small amount of milk separately.
When milk starts boiling, reduce the flame at lowest.
Add corn flour, fresh cream and sugar in it and let this mixture boil continuously on low flame till it remains three-fourth.
Let it cool automatically and then strain it.
Add vanilla essence in this mixture.
Pour this vanilla ice cream mixture in a container and close air tight lid so that the ice crystals will not form in your ice cream.
Put your vanilla ice cream container in freezer for 5 to 6 hours.
After 6 hours, you will get smooth, creamy, delicious vanilla ice cream.
Recipe Notes
You can also add custard powder instead of corn flour.
