Yogurt Potato Curry Recipe : Step by Step Instructions
First of all, mix 200 ml water in yogurt and beat it very well.
Then heat oil in a pan or a wok and crackle asafoetida, cumin seeds, cloves and bay leaves in it.
Now add all the spices, sliced green chili and a small amount of water.
Add yogurt and stir it continuously till boiling. If you will not stir it continuously then the yogurt could curdle.
When it starts boiling then reduce the flame.
Crush the boiled potatoes in medium sized uneven pieces and add in yogurt curry. Let the vegetable cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
Delicious spicy potatoes are ready. Garnish your potato curry with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with poori, kachori or samosa.
