Garlic cheese recipe is a very delicious recipe to make at home. You can serve it hot as main course dish or as sabzi with Roti, Paratha, Poori or any kind of breads.
This cheese recipe is pure vegetarian recipe. It is prepared with cheese, garlic, onion, and some spices. Garlic cheese recipe is easy and quick recipe which you can also prepare for your guests for lunch or dinner in minutes.
Ingredients
- 15 flakes Garlic (finely chopped)
- 250 gm Cheese (in medium sized cubes)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 3 Whole Dry Red Chili Pepper (broken in 4 pieces and deseeded)
- 2 Onion (cut in 4 pieces and then seperate all the layers)
- 1 tsp Red Chili Sauce
- 1 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 Capsicum (diced in medium sized pieces)
- As per taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Stock

Garlic Cheese Recipe : Step by Step Instructions
- First of all, heat oil in a pan.
- Now add 1/2 cup of water and red chili sauce in it and let it cook for 1 minute.
- Add 1/2 cup of vegetable stock in it and mix it well. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add white vinegar for a little sour and tangy flavor and mix it well. Let it simmer for 1 more minute and then remove your garlic cheese from flame.
- Serve this garlic cheese hot with Roti, Naan, Paratha, Poori or any kind of breads in main course.
Recipe Notes
- If you don't have vegetable stock ready with you, then you can boil 4 cloves, 1 bay leaf and 1/2 cup of green leaves of onion in 1 cup of water at low flame and sieve it when it remains half.
