Tomato noodle soup recipe ( टमाटर नूडल सूप रेसिपी)is a delicious vegetarian soup recipe from Indian Chinese cuisine. It is prepared by tomato, Hakka noodles, and some other ingredients.
Tomato noodle soup recipe is one of the kid’s favorite soup and very easy to make at home.
Ingredients
Ingredients for Tomato Noodle Soup:
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 Onion (medium size, finely chopped)
- 5 Garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 100 gm Hakka Noodles (boiled)
- 100 gm Tomato Puree
- 50 gm Spring onion (finely chopped)
- As per taste Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- As per taste Salt
Ingredients for Garnishing Tomato Noodle Soup:
- 2 tsp Butter
- 2 pinch Oregano herb (dried)

Tomato Noodle Soup Recipe : Step by Step Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add onion and garlic in it. Cook it until onion turns pink.
- Stir it once and cook it on medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Now add spring onion, salt, black pepper powder, sugar and water in it.
- Cover the lid and let it boil on medium flame for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, open the lid and add boiled noodles in it.
- Let it boil for 2 minutes on low flame and serve it hot by garnishing it with butter and oregano.
Recipe Notes
- You can keep this noodle soup in refrigerator and can use it for 2-3 days.
