Hey friends! hope you all are doing well with your kitchens 🙂
I have shared some recipes of bottle gourd or lauki in the blog earlier. Today, I am sharing a famous mouth-watering lauki kofta sabji recipe which belongs to north indian cuisine.
Lauki kofta recipe – in which koftas are prepared with grated lauki mixed with spices and besan (gram flour) and deep fried, then simmered into the spicy gravy and served with plain paratha or naan, missi or tandoori roti or plain chapati and also goes well with jeera rice or pulao like green peas pulao, vegetable pulao. These delicious kofta balls can be enjoyed as appetizers or as evening snacks with tea.
This vegetable is one of the best way to include this gourd vegetable in your diet. Veg Lovers will be happy that they can enjoy Lauki just like Non Vegetarians do by having korma.
