- 1 liter Milk
- 20 gm Cashew Nuts (broken in 3-4 pieces)
- 20 gm Almond (broken in 3-4 pieces)
- 20 gm Pistachio (broken in 2-3 pieces)
- 20 gm Raisins (Kishmish)
- 20 gm Chironji (also known as Charoli)
- 100 gm Lotus Seeds (Phool Makhana)
- 1 tsp Cardamom (powder)
- 1/2 tsp Saffron (leaves)
- 100 gm Sugar

Dry Fruits Kheer Recipe : Step-by-Step Instructions
- Stir your dry fruit kheer at short intervals so that it will not stick to the bottom of the pan.
- When the milk become little thick and remains approx 750 ml, add sugar in it. Let it boil on low flame for 5 more minutes.
- Now, take it off the flame.
Recipe Notes
- You can serve it hot as well as chilled.
- For serving chilled, keep it in refrigerator for few hours, then serve it chilled in Kulhad (handle-less terracotta cup) for amazing taste.
