- Take 500 ml water.
- Add 2 tsp coriander seeds in it.
- Boil it for 10 minutes on medium flame.
- Now sieve this water and let it cool.
- Consume it in one day in 3 parts i.e. in morning, afternoon and at night.
- It’s daily use controls cholesterol levels in body and lowers the cholesterol in body in long run.
Home Remedy For Cholesterol – 2
- Take out juice of bottle gourd in mixer.
- Drinking 1 cup juice of bottle gourd daily helps a lot to reduce cholesterol level in the body.
- Remember, the bottle gourd must be fresh and good in taste. It must not be bitter in taste.
Home Remedy For Cholesterol – 3
- Take 1 glass of lukewarm water.
- Add juice of 1/2 lemon in it.
- Drinking it daily in morning on an empty stomach is the very good remedy for cholesterol.

- Daily 1 km brisk walk lowers the cholesterol level in body surprisingly within few weeks.
