Today I’m sharing with you how to make paper snowflakes in 3 minutes with very few paper folds and cuts.
Things required to make paper snowflakes:
- Square piece of paper – 1
- Pair of scissors – 1
- Glue – 1
- Thread – 1

How to Make Paper Snowflakes : Detail
1. Fold the square piece of paper in half as shown in picture.
2. Now rotate this paper 90 degree clockwise and again fold it in half.
3. Once again rotate it 90 degree clockwise and fold it diagonally from right to left to make a triangular shape.
4. Now fold this paper in a way that the left edge will overlay on right edge.
5. Now cut the triangular paper piece at the bottom and remove it.
6. When you open its one fold, the shape of it will look as shown in the picture below.
7. Now cut it from right corner to center line at approx. 45 degree angle. Cut similarly from left corner so that the bottom paper piece will remove and it takes the shape of dart.
8. Now cut the head at some angle.
9. Now cut small slits on all the 4 edges.
10. Now unfold it’s all the folds. You will get a beautiful snowflake.
11. You can paste a thread with it so that you can hang your beautiful Snowflake anywhere.
