You need few color papers, scissors, pencil and eraser to make these paper chains.

Here in this craft idea, you will learn the following pattern to make a beautiful paper chain.

Watch the following Video to learn this easy paper craft idea to make paper chains and paper laces in various shapes.

Step 1

Cut a strip of 4 cm width and 45 cm length from your favorite colored paper.

Step 2

Fold this paper strip 4 times in halves.

Step 3

Draw this shape on the upper fold with the help of pencil.

Step 4

Your drawing will look like this.

Step 5

Now, cut it with the help of scissors.

Step 6

After cutting, your paper strip will take this shape.

Step 7

And, when you open the 1st fold, it will look like this.

Step 8

Now, cut a hole in its center.

Step 9

It is the final shape of your paper strip.

Step 10

Now, open it slowly. Your paper chain is ready.

Note:

In the same way, you can make beautiful paper chains and laces in desired shapes. But, make it sure, you must not cut vertical edges completely. Otherwise your paper chain will break.
