Hi friends ! Today, I have come up with a unique and new version of pickle recipe. Yes, today we are making chickpea peanut mango pickle recipe (चना मूंगफली कैरी अचार रेसिपी) which belongs to Rajasthani cuisine.
Mango pickle recipe can be made in different ways with multiple ingredients.This tongue tickling pickle is made of roasted chickpeas and peanuts, grated raw mango and some whole and powdered spices. It can be stored and used for 15-20 days.
This pickle recipe goes well with chapati, different kind of parathas, khicdi, savory porridge, dal-rice, puris, khakras, mathris etc.

Ingredients
- 100 gm Chickpea (roasted)
- 100 gm Peanuts (roasted)
- 100 gm Raw mango (grated)
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Fenugreek seeds (coarsely grind)
- 2 tsp Fennel Seeds (coarsely grind)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Kalonji or Onion Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Split Mustard Seeds
- 150 ml Oil
- To taste Salt

- First of all heat oil in a pan until it fumes.
- Now switch off the flame and let it come at moderate temperature.
- You can use this delicious pickle till 15- 20 days.
Recipe Notes
- Never put a wet spoon into a pickle jar! This will cause the pickle to go bad.
