Corn spinach soup recipe is an healthy soup recipe made of fresh corn and fresh spinach. It is an easy soup recipe to prepare at home.
If you include seasonal vegetables and fruits in your food, it is always good for your health and it also enhances the taste of your food. Fresh corn comes in market in rainy season in India. That’s why I decided to share this corn spinach soup recipe with you after my previous post of Mix Dal Tidali recipe.

- 1 tsp Butter
- 1 tsp Refined Wheat Flour (Maida)
- 1 tbsp Spinach (finely chopped or shredded)
- 1 cup Corn (fresh and ground)
- As per taste Black Pepper Powder
- As per taste Salt
- Watch following video to learn this easy corn spinach soup recipe.
- Heat 1 tea spoon butter and add 1 tea spoon refined wheat flour in it.
- Roast it for 1 minute on low flame.
- Now add 1 table spoon spinach in it and roast it for 1 minute.
- Add 1 cup fresh ground corn in it.
- Add 250 ml water in it immediately and let it boil on low flame for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, add salt and black pepper powder in it as per your taste and mix it well.
- Serve it hot.
Spinach is rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Iron. Corn is rich in Iron, Vitamin B-6 and Magnesium. That's why the corn spinach soup recipe is a very healthy vegetarian soup for you and your family.
