Step By Step Instructions:
- Peel carrots with the help of peeler and wash properly.
- Grate all the carrots.
- Put the grated carrots in a pre-heated Kadahi and let it cook on medium flame.
- After a while, pour milk in it and let it cook on medium flame for approximately 45 minutes. Meanwhile, stir it after short intervals so that it will not stick to the bottom of the Kadahi.
- When the grated carrots absorb entire milk, it means your Gajar Ka Halwa is about to ready.
- Mix sugar in it and let it cook on medium flame till the water vaporise (when sugar will melt, it will release some amount of water).
- Finally add Ghee, Khoa, Dry fruits and Cardamom powder in it and mix well.
- Your delicious Gajar Ka Halwa is ready to serve hot.

Note:-
- You can decorate Gajar Ka Halwa with almonds chips and pistachio pieces while serving.
- For extra fragrance and flavor in Gajar Ka Halwa, you can sprinkle some green cardamom powder while serving.
- It is always served hot.
- Consume it within 7 days, if keep in refrigerator. If you keep it outside refrigerator, then keep it at cool and dry place, and consume within 3 days.
