Jaipuri dry fruits pulao recipe is a very healthy and delicious pulao recipe from Royal cuisine of Rajasthan. It gets its name because of extensive use of dry fruits and nuts in this pulao recipe.
As the Rajput kings of Rajasthan were warriors, they used to eat food rich in nutrient value so that Jaipuri dry fruits pulao was included in their Rajwada cuisine (royal cuisine).

- 100 gm Basmati Rice
- 100 gm Sugar
- 50 gm Ghee
- 25 gm Chironji (crushed)
- 25 gm Almond (crushed)
- 25 gm Pistachio Chips
- 25 gm Cashew Nuts (broken in half)
- 25 gm Raisins
- 1/2 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cinamon Powder
- 1/4 tsp Javitri Powder
- 1/2 tsp Saffron (dissolved in 2 tsp milk)
- 250 ml Milk
