Mango Rabdi Recipe : Step by Step Instructions
  1. Heat milk on high flame in a karahi.
  2. When it starts boiling, reduce the flame and add sugar and saffron in it.
  3. Let the milk boil on low flame till it reduce to one third. It will take approximately 40 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, stir it frequently so that it will not stick to the bottom of the karahi.
  5. When milk reduces to one third, switch off the flame and let it cool.
  6. Add all the remaining ingredients in it and mix it well.
  7. Serve delicious mango rabdi chilled. It is an amazing Indian dessert for summer.
