- 250 gm Yogurt
- 25 gm Snake Cucumber (kakdi)
- 25 gm Green Chili (Fresh )
- 25 gm Tomato
- 25 gm Onion
- 25 gm Cucumber
- 25 gm Coriander Leaves (Fresh)
- As per taste Salt
- 2 tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder
- As per taste Black Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder

- First of all finely chop all the vegetables.
- Now beat the yogurt.
- Then add all the spices in this yogurt and mix it well.
- Finally add finely chopped vegetables in it.
- Delicious mix veg raita is ready.
- You can serve it chilled or at room temperature.
