Nutritious Date Laddu Recipe

Today I’m sharing a delicious dessert – Date Laddu Recipe (खजूर लड्डू रेसिपी). It is made of soft dates and dry fruits. This laddu recipe is an easy and healthy recipe for all.

  1. Remove seeds of the dates.
  2. Grind these dates with milk in a mixer or grinder to make thick paste.
  3. Keep this paste aside and roast khoa in a heavy bottom karahi till it turns light pink.
  4. Add paste of dates and sugar in khoa and roast it on medium flame till it gets thick enough to make balls.
  5. When it starts to leave the surface of karahi, it is ready to make laddu.
  6. Switch off the flame and let it cool.
  7. When it comes at room temperature then add all the remaining ingredients in it except desiccated coconut and mix it well.
  8. Now make 2 inch size balls from it and fold them in desiccated coconut.
  9. Delicious and nutritious sweet dates laddu are ready.
Recipe Notes
  1. If you store date laddu at cool and dry place, you can easily use it for 7 days.
