Nuts and herbs pulao recipe (नट्स एंड हर्ब्स पुलाव रेसिपी) is a healthy pulao recipe of Indian cuisine. It is a multi flavored rice recipe to tantalize your taste buds.
Basmati rice is cooked with almonds, walnuts, onion, fresh mint, fresh coriander, cumin seeds and some other ingredients in nuts and herbs pulao recipe.
This pulao is usually served hot, but can also be served at room temperature.
Nuts and herbs pulao recipe is a spicy and flavored recipe so it is generally eaten alone but it is also served with plain yogurt in many regions of India.

Ingredients
- 100 gm Basmati Rice
- 4 tsp Coriander paste (made by fresh coriander leaves)
- 4 tsp Mint paste (made by fresh mint leaves)
- 2 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Green Chili (finely chopped)
- 2 Tomato (deseeded, finely chopped)
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- As per taste Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
- 25 gm Walnuts (roughly chopped)
- 25 gm Almonds (roughly chopped)
- 1 tbsp Oil

Nuts and Herbs Pulao Recipe : Step by Step Instructions
- Soak rice for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, Heat oil in a karahi and add chopped onion, tomato, green chili, mint and coriander paste in it and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame.
- After 5 minutes, add rice, salt, cumin seeds powder and water in it and mix it well.
- Cover the lid and let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
- After 10 minutes, add lemon juice, chopped almonds and walnuts in the pulao and mix it well.
- Switch off the flame. Your delicious nuts and herbs pulao is ready.
- Serve it hot.
