Paneer Paratha is an unleavened flat bread and one of the most popular paratha recipes in India.
Paneer Paratha is made of whole wheat flour, paneer (cheese) and Indian spices. It is generally baked from both the sides on hot tava and served hot with curd, chutney, sauce, raita and pickles. Paneer paratha is eaten in breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Ingredients For Paneer Paratha Dough
- 100 gm Whole-wheat flour
- As per taste Salt
- 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
Ingredients For Stuffing
- 100 gm Paneer (Indian Cheese)
- As per taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Chat Masala
- 1 Green Chili (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)

Paneer Paratha Recipe:
- Dust it with dry flour and roll it in approximately 6 inch sized flat bread.
- Bake this paratha from both the sides on a hot tava. Grease it with Ghee from both the sides during baking.
Recipe Notes
- If you use milk instead of water to make dough, your paneer paratha will make more soft and delicious.
- You can adjust the quantity of red chili powder as per your taste.
