Ingredients
- 1 number Pineapple (Fresh and Ripe)
- 350 ml Milk
- 200 ml Fresh Cream
- 30 gm Sugar
- 2 tsp Custard Powder
- 1 tsp Pineapple Essence
- 1 fist Pineapple Pieces (Roughly Chopped)

Step by Step Pineapple Ice Cream Recipe
- Dissolve custard powder in small amount of milk.
- Mix this custard solution in entire milk. Also add sugar in it.
- Let the milk boil on low flame for 5 minutes and stir it continuously. It will become thick.
- Let this mixture cool itself. Till then, cut the Pineapple and make its juice.
- Strain pineapple juice if it contains lot of pulp.
- Mix all the ingredients together (except Pineapple pieces) in a bowl and beat properly to make this mixture fluffy.
- Finally, add the Pineapple pieces in it.
- Pour this fluffy Pineapple ice cream mixture in a container.
- Put your container in a freezer for 6 hours. If your kids will not open refrigerator and the freezer all the day at short intervals, 6 hours are sufficient to get soft and creamy Pineapple ice cream.
Recipe Notes
- If you open your refrigerator many times in day hours, it is better to freeze your Pineapple ice cream overnight.
