Hello friends! I have alreday shared so many raita recipes in my earlier blogs. Today, having nutritous potato raita recipe (आलू रायता रेसिपी) for you which is made by mixing boiled potatos, yogurt, and flavored with some spices like roasted cumin seeds powder, salt, black pepper and garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
The combination of boiled potatoes along with tangy curd and spices gives a nice flavour of Aloo raita. It goes well with any spicy curries/vegetable or with any pulao as well as served with naan or parathas.
It can also be prepared for falahar during fasting days and goes well with delicious sabudana khichdi, sabudana roti and kuttu aata puri.
If you have boiled potatoes ready, you can make this raita in five minutes only. Read ahead this delightful potato raita recipe (known as aloo raita recipe in India) which is quick, easy to prepare and a great source of carbohydrate and calcium.
- 200 gram Yogurt
- 2 Potato (boiled)
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
- 1 Green Chili (roughly chopped)
- 2 tsp Coriander Leaves (Fresh and finely chopped)
