Ingredients
- 250 gm Red Pepper Fresh and whole
- 3 tsp Fennel Seeds Crushed
- 3 tsp Yellow Mustard Seeds Split
- 3 tsp Black Mustard Seeds Ground
- To Taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 3 tsp Vinegar
- 2 cup Mustard Oil

Step by Step Instructions
- Rinse whole red peppers and wipe with a dry cloth. Now slit the peppers lengthwise.
- Mix crushed fennel seeds, split yellow mustard seeds, grounded black mustard seeds, salt, red chili powder and vinegar in a bowl.
- Stuff this mixture in whole red peppers.
- Put the stuffed red peppers in a Jar.
- Pour pre-boiled (and cooled at room temperature) mustard oil in the Jar.
- Press down the red peppers with the help of a spoon so that the peppers will properly immerse in oil.
- Your red pepper pickle will ready to eat within 2-3 days.
Recipe Notes
Note:-
- Wipe red peppers properly after rinsing, otherwise fungii will develop in pickle.
- You can easily preserve and consume this pickle for 6 months, if you keep it at clean, cool and dry place.
- Always use a clean and dry spoon to take out the pickle, otherwise fungii may develop in pickle.
