- 100 gm Fresh Red Chilli Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 5 to 7 flakes Garlic
- As per taste Salt
- Wash and roughly chop all the ingredients.
- Grind these ingredients in grinder and make a fine paste.
- Pour this paste in a bowl and add salt as per taste.
- Spicy piquant red chilli chutney is ready. You can serve it with chapati, paratha and dal as well.
- Red chilli chutney stays well for few days if stored in refrigerator, but always better to consume it fresh.
