- 1 Drumstick
- 1 Brinjal
- 3 Green Chilies
- 100 gm Potatoes
- 100 gm Okra (or lady’s finger)
- 125 gm Cauliflower
- 25 gm Tamarind
- 50 gm Gram Flour
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds
- 1 inch Ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil (groundnut oil is best)
- 2 tsp Coriander Leaves (fresh)
- 2 tsp Curry Leaves
- to taste Salt
- 1 litre Water
- First of all, soak tamarind for 10 minutes.
- Now heat oil in a pan and crackle cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds in it.
- Stir it once and let it boil on high flame.
- Now cook it on medium flame for 15 minutes with covered lid.
- Garnish it with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti and steamed rice.
