Tomato soup recipe (टमाटर सूप रेसिपी) is a very popular starter recipe across the world. It has many varieties.
In this post, I’m sharing a delicious, easy and healthy tomato soup recipe with onion and garlic flavors.
This tomato soup recipe is made by blanching fresh tomatoes, onion and garlic. Then all these vegetables are blended to make puree and then sieved. This extracted puree is then boiled for few minutes and served hot by garnishing with sour cream and bread crumbs.

Ingredients
- 6 Tomatoes (Medium sized)
- 1 Onion (Medium sized, chopped lengthwise)
- 8 Garlic cloves (chopped in two pieces)
- as per taste Salt
- as per taste Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Butter
- as per taste Sugar
- 300 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Cream (for garnishing)
- 8 bread crumbs (for garnishing)

Tomato Soup Recipe - Step by Step Instructions:
- Boil tomato, onion and garlic in water together for 10 minutes on low flame.
- Let the tomatoes cool and then peel them.
- Cut the peel tomatoes in quarter and blend in a blender with onion and garlic.
- Now strain the puree.
- Take butter, tomato puree, black pepper powder, salt, sugar and a small amount of water (which is used in boiling tomatoes) in a pan and let it boil on medium flame for 5 minutes.
- Serve your delicious and healthy tomato soup hot.
- Garnish it with cream and bread crumbs at the time of serving.
