- 150 ml Milk
- 400 ml Fresh Cream
- 50 gm Sugar
- 15 gm Corn Flour
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence

Step by Step Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe
- Put milk on high flame to boil it.
- Meanwhile, dissolve corn flour in small amount of milk separately.
- When milk starts boiling, reduce the flame at lowest.
- Add corn flour, fresh cream and sugar in it and let this mixture boil continuously on low flame till it remains three-fourth.
- Let it cool automatically and then strain it.
- Add vanilla essence in this mixture.
- Pour this vanilla ice cream mixture in a container and close air tight lid so that the ice crystals will not form in your ice cream.
- Put your vanilla ice cream container in freezer for 5 to 6 hours.
- After 6 hours, you will get smooth, creamy, delicious vanilla ice cream.
