Ingredients
Group 1 Ingredients for Veg Soya Kebab Recipe:
- 100 gm Soyabean (whole, soaked overnight)
- 50 gm Split Bengal Gram (soaked overnight)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (whole)
- 1 piece Brown Cardamom
- 1 tsp Ginger (chopped)
- 50 gm Poppy Seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 5 Cloves
Group 2 Ingredients for Veg Soya Kebab Recipe:
- 1/2 cup Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (fresh, finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp Mint Leaves (fresh, finely chopped)
- As per taste Green Chili (finely chopped)
- As per taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Chat Masala
- 1 Potato (boiled and mashed)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juicie
- To shallow fry Vegetable Oil

Recipe Notes
- Your kebab paste must thick enough to make patties. Be cautious at the time of grinding the ingredients of 1st group that you must not add much water for grinding.
- If your kebab paste becomes loose and not able to make its patties, you can add little bit gram flour in it to make it thick.
