White radish recipe Mooli Ki Chutney is a tangy and spicy chutney recipe from Indian cuisine. You will love it when you eat it with hot Paratha in winters.
This white radish recipe is made of mooli (white radish), tamarind, dry red chili and some Indian spices.
Ingredients
- 2 White Radish
- 2 Dry Red Chili (Whole)
- 2 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 2 tsp Black Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 20 Curry Leaves
- 2 tsp Tamarind Paste
- 2 tsp Oil
- As per taste Salt

Mooli ki Chutney Recipe : Step by Step Details
- First of all peel radish and grate it.
- Sauté coriander seeds, black mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves to enhance the fragrance of these spices.
- Now heat 2 teaspoon oil in a pan. Add grated radish in it and let it cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
- Let the radish cool.
- Meanwhile, grind all the roasted spices and dry red chili to make fine powder.
- Finally add cooked radish, salt and tamarind paste in the spices mixture and grind it to make a fine paste. If your mixture is too thick, you can add 1 or 2 tea spoon water for grinding it easily.
- Your spicy mooli ki chutney is ready to enjoy with hot parathas in winter.
