Yogurt potato curry recipe is a common dish in Northern India and popularly known as Dahi wale aloo or dahi ke aloo recipe. The key ingredients of this vegetable is potatos and yogurt or curd. Boiled and cubed potatoes are cooked in a creamy and tangy yogurt with some basic spices.

- 250 gm Boiled Potatoes
- 1 Green chili pepper (sliced)
- 100 gm Sour Yogurt
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 5 Clove
- 3 Bay Leaf
- to taste Salt
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 200 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves
- Delicious spicy potatoes are ready. Garnish your potato curry with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with poori, kachori or samosa.
