- 200 gm Chiwda (Rice Flakes)
- 50 gm Peanut
- 25 gm Coconut (dry, chips)
- 3 tsp Raisins (Kishmish)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 50 gm Sugar (powder or Boora)
- To Taste Salt
- 2 tsp Dried Mint Leaves (Pudina) Powder
- 200 ml Vegetable Oil (to deep fry)

- Heat oil in a Kadahi. When oil starts to smoke, reduce the flame to medium.
- Take fried Chiwda out of the sieve and put it on paper towel.
Recipe Notes
- Keep your Chiwda Namkeen in a air tight container so that Chiwda remains crispy. If it catches moisture, it becomes soggy.
- You can also add black pepper powder or red chili powder as per your taste in it, if you like hot food.
- If you keep your Chiwda Namkeen in air tight container at cool and dry place, you can easily consume it for 1 month.
