In this summer, welcome your guests to the dining table with my today’s amazing Raw Mango Chutney Recipe (कच्चे आम की चटनी रेसिपी) which is popular in many parts of Northern, Western and Eastern India.
Indian chutney recipes are the integral component of Indian cuisine. Indian meals are seemed to be incomplete without chutney, raita, and pickles. They are used with snacks, lunch and dinner. This sweet and sour chutney provides a great balance to a rich, spicy curry and goes well with different breads like : plain or stuff paratha, missi roti, puri, savory porridge, khichdi etc.
Fresh fruit chutneys are traditional part of an ayurvedic meal because they not only add delicious taste but they help to add nutrition and improve the digestion. Making this mango chutney a part of your daily diet helps to prevent from sunstrokes. This chutney recipe made with raw mango, some dry fruits, white vinegar, indian spices and flavored with ginger and garlic.

- 500 gm Raw mango (finely chopped)
- 250 gm Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Split Yellow Mustard
- 50 gm Big Raisins
- 50 gm Dry Dates (chopped in small pieces)
- 1 bulb Garlic (paste)
- 1 Ginger (lemon sized, grated)
- 2 tsp Red chili powder
- 100 ml White Vinegar
- 5 Red Chili Pepper (Dry and Whole)
- Mix this chutney for 5 minutes on low flame thoroughly and let it cool.
- A delicious sweet and sour mango chutney will be ready to eat in 3 days. You can serve it with breads and many snacks.
