Mango Chutney Recipe : Step by Step Instructions
  1. Take half quantity of white vinegar in a sauce pan. Add mango pieces in it and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

  2. Pour remaining vinegar in a separate pan. Add sugar in it and cook it on medium flame until sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Add cooked mango and all of the ingredients in this sugar syrup.
  4. Mix this chutney for 5 minutes on low flame thoroughly and let it cool.
  5. Fill this chutney in a jar and keep in sunlight for 3 days.

  6. A delicious sweet and sour mango chutney will be ready to eat in 3 days. You can serve it with breads and many snacks.
